Colibacillosis is a disease caused by Escherichia coli and remains major concern in poultry production, as it leads to significant economic losses due carcass condemnation clinical symptoms. The development of antimicrobial resistance growing problem worldwide concern. Lysogenic bacteriophages are effective vectors for acquiring disseminating antibiotic genes (ARGs). aim this study was investigate the complete genome isolates from femurs Brazilian broiler chickens order presence associated with bacteriophages. Samples were collected between August November 2021 batches six states. Through whole sequencing (WGS), data obtained analyzed genes. Antimicrobial against aminoglycosides class detected 79.36% isolates; 74.6% had predicted sulfonamides genes, 63.49% β-lactams, 49.2% at least one tetracycline Among 27 have been described previous studies findings highlight role dissemination ARGs industry.
